** A HEALTHY WAY TO USE YOUR COMPUTER **



1. If you work in a room with a lot of computers, sit 1 m or 20 cm away from other monitor.

2. You should get a good chair, one that support your lower back and adjustable.

3. You should stay an arm’s length away from the monitor.

4. You should give your eyes a rest.

5. You should position the keyboard same hight as your elbows.
